authentication problem with juddi0.9 and juddi2

hi all

if i change anything in juddi.properties file for "juddi.auth"  tag same
fault message is returned

fault code and fault message not set, I have tried SimpleAuthenticator,
DefaultAuthenticator, my own authenticator any thing is not working

any help
