[Issue 127533] New: cannot change box only text

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=127533

          Issue ID: 127533
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: cannot change box only text
           Product: Calc
           Version: 4.1.3
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: formatting
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: dweavers2@comcast.net
  Target Milestone: ---

One Calc column had cells with mixed black, red, green, text.
Highlighting the column & changing the text colour to black resulted in the
"A", on the (top of screen) command line, having a black underline, text was
unchanged.
Repeated but highlighted a single cell. same result!
Repeated but highlighted the text. Result text correctly changed colour.
Am unsure if this is a 'feature' or a bug! But thought you might be interested!

--- Comment #1 from Marcus <ma...@apache.org> ---
I cannot follow your report. The following is what I've done:

- write some text into cells of column "A"
- format some with black, red and green color
- mark the complete column "A"
- in the formatting toolbar choose the "Font Color" icon (the one with a big
outlined "A") and select black color
--> now all cells of column "A" have text in black color
