Help button is not works, and when currently it's a lookup-popup2 which is call and this method has not the same number of parameters that the call.
In lookup.js, I have see that lookup-popup1 has the correct number of parameters, soin the join patch I have change the lookup-popup2 to lookup-popup1  and now it works.
