   In this issue https://github.com/apache/iceberg/issues/2033,  @elkhand have debugged a hard bug in real production environ about the flink savepoint.  I think we'd better to have fully covered unit tests about the savepoint of flink+iceberg integration work. 
   
   Let's address the UT in this PR.
