Old open office files
Hello,
I downloaded Open Office a long time ago when it was an Oracle program.
i wiped my computer clean recently and then downloaded Open Office again
and my old Open Office files wouldn't open up in the new program. My old
text documents will but not the ones that came from a template that I
downloaded. Do I need to seek out the template again? Please advise.

Can you tell us what template? Name of file and or purpose. If we know what
it did that could also provide clues about the missing documents.

Paul,
To help you we need more information.
If you double click on a file does it fail to open in Apache Open Office?
If you start Apache Open Office and choose to Open Files and then choose a file to open and it fails to open?
Are you opening Apache Open Office and fail to find your files in the recently opened files list?
