[ANN] Web site change

Hi,

FYI, the Cactus web site now default to the 1.5dev web site (i.e. the
latest and greatest). You need to click on the 1.4.1 link (top left) to
switch to the doc for the last released version.

Hope you like it. At least, the web site should be more up to date now
and users should see more frequent changes.

Hopefully we'll also soon have a nightly build publishing of the web
site.
