was Aug 22nd 2014. I tried fetching and validating

[2] git://git.apache.org/hadoop-common.git

But that also seems to be in the same status. After a lot of searching (https://builds.apache.org/job/Hadoop-trunk-Commit/scmPollLog/), i figured committers have been pushing changes to a different repository:

[3] https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/hadoop.git

I believe the sync process between repository [3] and [2] is broken which in turn has broken repository [1] sync process. Please see if these observations are correct.
