Help about theory of MUSE

Hi,

first, I give excuses for my question, but I am a newbie in WSDM
standard and MUSE framework.

I look for help on the web (google) information about my question and I
can't find nothing about, Why MUSE framework only implement the MUWS
standard and it doesn't implement the MOWS standard ? Is very good for
me if you can give some help about this question or you can help me give
me a few links where I can find more information about the theme.

At this moment, I am developing a small example of a Web Service to try
understand the functionality of Muse Framework and how to elements of
the framework works between them.

Thank you very much for any help.

MOWS is difficult to implement in a standard way across different web
services infrastructures, Also some web services engines do not expose the
metrics collected for services. This is why Apache Muse does not implement
the MOWS specification. However the programming model of Muse allows you
to easily build MOWS capability implementations for a particular engine
that you know how to instrument to get service metrics.
