Hi Armon,

Any23 has not yet made an incubating release yet.
If you are familiar with SVN you can check out the most recent
(stable) code from our SVN area [0]. You can then build it by running
mvn package.

Once this has been done you can read the instructions here [1] to get
moving with the parsers.
