WSDL Creation tool - EJB

Has anyone used the WSDL creation tool from ibm/alphaworks to expose an EJB
as a web service. It has two options (class or EJB).
 
I create the WSDL file from the EJB but what do I deploy as a service in
apache soap...is it the EJB class directly (probably not)
 
Is there a standard method for exporting EJB services
 
 
Please help if anyone has done this?
 
(PS...I am using WebSphere 3.5).
