Graffito & J2 Head

Hi all,

Thanks to Adam, it is possible to run Graffito with J2 head.
After deploying J2 in tomcat, use the following maven goals from the
Graffito trunk :
maven allClean allBuild
maven allDeployHead.

and it should work at least with mysql.

Let me know if something is wrong.
