need to insert checkbox in my HSSF Sheet cell

I need to insert Form control checkbox in my HSSF sheet cell.But I do not see
any  examples or any scratchpad code.

Does anyone know if Form controls are supported in  3.7.

So can any one suggest me how to insert Form control checkbox in cell from
excel sheet.

This will help to my project very useful.
