   Additional handles like we have in spark streaming would be useful:
   
   `minOffsetsPerTrigger`
   `maxOffsetsPerTrigger`
   `maxTriggerDelay`
   
   I guess the existing `COMMIT_INTERVAL_MS` would correspond to `maxTriggerDelay`
