   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   Update Hadoop dependencies from 2.7.4 to 2.7.7. I doubt the bug fixes are relevant; 2.7.7 addressed a CVE (https://hadoop.apache.org/release/2.7.7.html) which again may not affect Spark, but it's a pretty zero-cost update to what's probably the last 2.7.x release.
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   
   Existing tests.
