[jira] Updated: (CASSANDRA-1004) Debian packaging should allow a specific user name and optionally create it as "cassandra" on install

Manish Singh updated CASSANDRA-1004:
------------------------------------

    Attachment: cassandra-user.patch

This creates a "cassandra" user and runs cassandra as that user.

As far as making it configurable, I'm not sure there's a precedent in Debian to do that. Both mysql and redis packaging hardcode a user name as wel.
