Web Services Stack Implementation Project

I'm looking for a senior engineer to implement a WS-* (Web Services
Management) AXIS Stack. The work should be done onsite in Portland, OR area.

Software engineer who will assist color controller platform team in
development / delivery of Web Services integration into an Embedded Device
(Multi-Function Peripheral) to provide configuration/cloning, firmware
download, and event/status retrieval functions. Individual will implement
Web Services architecture, create appropriate XML/SOAP interfaces, and
export data via a set of web services in an embedded platform to be applied
across multiple platforms. 

Must Have Skills / Knowledge Requirements: 


- Detailed familiarity with XML/SOAP, WSDL and schema development,
documentation, and associated Web Services implementation (3 years
experience). 
- Can demonstrate participation in a complete software life cycle experience
(Concept, Design, Code, Harden, Deliver) on a particular subsystem/module
during his/her career. 
- Good communication skills. Have written design documents describing
XML/Soap based web services and associated technology white papers. 
- Written unit testing applications/scripts to exercise developed components
- Knowledge of the WS-* specifications 
- Experience with 'C' programming language 

Desired - Skills and Knowledge: 

- Embedded application firmware development on and familiarity with the
pSOS, VxWorks, and/or Linux OS and development environments. 
- Device configuration data organization and cloning
- Printer development experience
