   Observations:
   1. "series.label.valueAnimation" is in fact documented as [series-line.endLabel.valueAnimation](https://echarts.apache.org/en/option.html#series-line.endLabel.valueAnimation), so it should not be used with bar charts.
   2. _"params.value is empty in series.label.formatter function"_.   Actually _params.value_ is not empty and is usable.
