WebPagePortlet

Here is a beginner's question. I logged into Jetspeed using user
"turbine" and wanted to add portlet "WebPagePortlet" to the default
psml. I cannot find "WebPagePortlet" in the list of portlets for
selection. The portlet-entry for "WebPagePortlet" is available in
portlets.xreg. What should I do to make it available for use? Appreciate
your help.
