We are getting this exact same error. Does anyone have any insight on how to fix it? We have found the camera plugin no longer works in any version of Android we use. This is the exact error we are getting.
PluginManager: Uncaught exception from plugin
android.os.FileUriExposedException: file:///storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.epicor.POD/cache/.Pic.jpg exposed beyond app through ClipData.Item.getUri()
We do not know how to solve this issue and our release is held up right now because of this.
