Subject: Torque support

I need to know if TORQUE is supported and the date it will not be supported any longer.

We are using it with Sungard Wealthstation/Planningstation and having issues that may require support. I had it on my calendar as July 2008 but I need verification since I think that was just a verbal date given to us by Sungard.

If you need a version - I'll need to know how to find the version of Torque (what file verifies the version).

Let me know because we plan on implementing a project to use TORQUE for many years.

Thanks,

Mary Myers-DeVlugt

Torque is an open source project developed by volunteers, who do not get
paid for their work for Torque. You will not get any hard
lifecycle/release dates for any such a project. But you do get the source
code, which mitigates the risks of no suport.

All what the community can tell you is that currently, the developers
intend to support and develop Torque further. If this is not enough for
your decision whether or not you use Torque in your project, I'm afraid
that is all you will get.
