ger: JNDI context

What do you think about renaming the JNDI protocol for the global 
context from "ger:" to "geronimo:" ?

fine with me. Since its a bit long., might make people less likely to 
use it, a good thing:-).  I just remembered someone suggesting "ger" so 
I went with it.
