[jira] Created: (QPID-1553) qpidd does not output an error when
certain invalid command-line arguments are used
qpidd does not output an error when certain invalid command-line arguments are used
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: QPID-1553
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-1553
Project: Qpid
Issue Type: Bug
Components: C++ Broker
Affects Versions: M4
Reporter: Robert Greig
Priority: Minor
Certain command-line options that are invalid do not trigger warnings for the user.
For example, on Windows it is reasonable for a user to type:
qpidd /help
but that just starts the broker.
This could mean that typos go unnoticed.
