qpidd does not output an error when certain invalid command-line arguments are used

Certain command-line options that are invalid do not trigger warnings for the user.

For example, on Windows it is reasonable for a user to type:

qpidd /help

but that just starts the broker.

This could mean that typos go unnoticed.
