Getting resource message programatically

Hi,
I need to get a message from resource file in the validate of a Form class, 
in order to put it in the arg list of ActionMessage constructor.
Help please!

Use the MessageResources class. That can be obtained from application 
scope by using the key Global.MESSAGES.
