Step 8 fail 
Object is NOT filled with default image of the specific type.

Expected Result

Object is filled with the image that the first object last filled with, say
hatching 1.

ALG: I think we had this task already, all works as expected. In Symphony it
works exactly the same.

Newly created objects are filled with the default. The default is color and the
standard color (currently 'Blue classic'). That default come from a style. That
style can be changed in Draw/Imress when setting stuff with no object selected.
In Calc/Writer this is not accessible, so cannot be changed by user.

This already happens in your description step (7): The new object is filled
with default color. This is correct. This is whyt yo expected. You change in
step (8) to fill style Hatch, so object uses Hatch and the default for this
fill style. This is correct.

Why do you expect in step (8) something different than in step (7), both use a
new fill style (one after creation, one by choosing) and initially the default
for that fill style.

It is not a bug.
