Juice10 opened a new pull request #286: Fix spacing between logo and buttons in header

Currently the spacing between the logo on the left and the social icons on the right is not the same. This pull request fixes that and adds equal spacing to all elements in the header.
As a bonus it also gives the terminals (code example blocks) a max-width making sure they don't invoke a horizontal scroll on lower screen resolutions.
