[RESULT][VOTE] Charta and proposal for first VP

Hi all,

I hereby close the vote [1] and the community decided that

The PPMC will suggest the board Xiangdong Huang as first VP for Apache IoTDB


The suggested Charta of IoTDB is „An IoT native database with high performance for data management and analysis, on the edge and the cloud“.



The vote finished with 15 +1 Votes and no other votes.

From these 8 +1 Votes were binding.
