XSLT Validation

When doing an XSLT signature validation , I get the following error.I am
able to sign the XLST and not able to validate.
Can anyone suggest me what could the problem ?

SystemId Unknown; Line #1438; Column #145; Attribute "xsl" bound to
namespace "http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/" was already specified for element
"xsl:stylesheet".
