   Create a new module that encapsulates all rest interfaces that should be exposed to the external world (streampipes-platform-services) and add another module that provides the StreamPipes Java Client to interact with the API from code.
   
   Imported from Jira [STREAMPIPES-274](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STREAMPIPES-274). Original Jira may contain additional context.
