NOT reproducible with "AOO 4.0.1 – German UI / German locale [Rev. 1524958
2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User
Profile used for all predecessor versions:

1. From AOO Start Center open reporter's sample document
2. Switch to sheet "TCEs"
   Expected: Working Pivot table, for example you can select different 
   Actual: only static data

(a) same problem with LibO 4.1, SoftMaker FreOffice, Gnumeric, Calligra
(b) My MS EXCEL Viewer also shows something what looks like static data
(d) works with EXCEL Starter 2010, I can select course in TECs.B1, and data in
    list below will change.
(e) I doubt that that's a macro / VBA problem, because sample document works
fine
    with Excel Starter, what does not support VBA.
