timezones inside log4j.properties

           Summary: timezones inside log4j.properties
           Product: Log4j
           Version: 1.2beta
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Layout
        AssignedTo: log4j-dev@logging.apache.org
        ReportedBy: creath.jarrell@odfl.com

I have multiple systems in different timezone areas. Needing for all log data
to show Corporate timezone stamp when writing log data. I found a site stating
this was added for log4c PatternLayout on 10-25-2003. I should think that this
would also be avaliable in log4j, right?
