    Fix log timestamp format. (#241)
    
    * Fix log timestamp format.
    
    The date component of the log timestamp is using minutes for the month value.
    
    * More fixes to log timestamp format.
    
    The time component of the log timestamp is using seconds for the milliseconds value.
