Commons website

I've just deployed the Commons website. I went back to using SCP instead
of SVN because I ran into massive encoding problems (mixed line endings
on Windows) which I don't have the motivation to track down. I know that
the SCP method works. At some point we need to figure out a solution
that works for everyone.

Clay, would please redeploy the XML Graphics website? I can't use the
SVN deployment. Thanks.

And BTW, we need a little logo for Commons. :-) Any ideas?
