My suggestion: change a default for dns_available from 'test' to 'yes'.

Of all possible local.cf settings I always recommend people to at least
set 'lock_method flock' and 'dns_available yes'.

SpamAssassin is pretty weak and hardly useful nowadays without DNS tests.
When offline operation is needed, the option --local is still available
to turn off all network tests in one go.
