> Some Clock tests depend on the real-time system clock. This makes testing brittle in the Jenkins testing environment. The tests can fail when the Jenkins server's overloaded while they succeed in local test machines. We have to make these tests predictable. We will apply the same technique to other tests that are not predictable.
