   ## Summary
   
   1) Clean up some of the #ifdef indentation
   2) Add a timeout on the MAC not reseting.
   3) Add Add some delays so that ifup() does not hog the CPU.
   
   ## Impact
   
   Load will not hit 100% during boot.
   
   ## Testing
   
   px4_fmu-v6x
