I am always using `svn mv` when releasing. As far as I can tell the
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/netbeans/netbeans-html4j/
is empty at revision 51703

Yes, isn't it! :-\  Also means that the only permalinks directly to
release artefacts are at archive.a.o (as far as I know).

Thanks.  We'll need to do the same with the vscode releases too.
Hopefully not a cause of any problems.

Only the current release (1.7.3) should still be there. eg. see
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/netbeans/netbeans/  All
previous releases are automatically archived - see
https://archive.apache.org/dist/netbeans/netbeans/ or
https://archive.apache.org/dist/netbeans/netbeans-html4j/
