Platform implementation and flink official website provided sql-client is not exactly the same.

For multiple `insert` statements, the platform internally places all `insert` statements into the StatementSet object, and finally calls the `execution` method of `StatementSet` for unified submission of `insert` statements. Therefore, adding a `BEGIN STATEMENT SET` and an `END` statement to flink sql does nothing. These statements are simply ignored.

When submitting flink sql tasks using the platform, you can omit those two statements.

In addition, if a flink sql statement contains multiple `insert` statements, they are executed in the flink cluster at the same time, rather than being executed first and then executed later.
