   `dbzObj` may be string when  mysql cdc set with param 'debezium.binary.handling.mode' = 'base64'.
   So add 
   ```java
   if (dbzObj instanceof String) {
        String data = (String) dbzObj;
        return data.getBytes(StandardCharsets.UTF_8);
     }
