[DISCUSS] Apache Airavata 0.7 RC5

Discussion thread for vote on Apache Airavata 0.7 release candidate.

If you have any questions or feedback or to post results of validating
the release, please reply to this thread. Once you verify the release,
please post your vote to the VOTE thread.

For reference, the Apache release guide -
http://www.apache.org/dev/release.html

Some tips to validate the release before you vote:

* Download the binary version and run the 5 minute or 10 minute
tutorial as described in README and website.
* Download the source files from compressed files and release tag and
build (which includes tests).
* Verify the distribution for the required LICENSE and NOTICE files
* Verify if all the staged files are signed and the signature is verifiable.
* Verify if the signing key in the project's KEYS file is hosted on a
public server

Thanks for your time in validating the release and voting,
Lahiru

Tested the following,

Used tar.gz binary versions of airavata-server-bin, airavata-server-war &
xbaya. Tested the following.

   - 5 & 10 minute tutorial
   - API client samples works
   - Airavata Client libraries verified for using API
   - Successfully built source pack with tests
   - Verified signatures with 5833F8A0

Only small issue I found is that the key that was signed the release is not
in the KEYS file [1]. Lahiru, can you update the file please.

Other than that +1 for the release.

Saminda

When does the vote close? I think we had some voter fatigue after all
the RCs.

I did the following tests.

   - I ran the tutorials.
   - Tested the EC2 job submissions
      - through the test case
      - through XBaya
   - Tested the EC2 instance management window by
      - starting instance
      - terminate instance
      - launch instance.

Therefore here's my +1 for the release.
