[~verdan] It's not the same. The description you are referring to is shown on inside the DAG at "Graph View" tab.
I'm talking about a description that will shown on the main UI page. Assume you have 200+ Dags. It's very hard to keep track with all of them. By having a description column in the main UI you can use it to categories them etc without effecting the DAG id... changing dag id is very problematic.
This can be a optional column that will be shown only if user set it to be visible.
