A quick and dirty howto write an ABTS unit test

Hi,

Attached, a patch to the apr/test/README file adding a section on
writing an ABTS unit test. My writing style may not be very good or
relevant to this kind of documentation. This is also my first piece of
documentation to the APR project, so feel free to comment !

For on-screen readers, a PDF version is also available at
http://people.apache.org/~maxime/abts-test.pdf

Regards,
- Sam

Ok, it is committed to APR's README file now, with just a few changes.
I took your name out of the patch, because it is in the commit
message.

This is still in my inbox. I am in the middle of a big release at
work, but that is heading to staging this weekend, so my evenings are
about to free up. Expect the commit tonight sometime.

Sorry this is taking so long,

Maxime,

Thank you,

If you don't mind, I'd like to include this with the ABTS package.
I'll apply this patch over the next few days unless somebody beats me
to it.
