xs:time does not validate correctly with Xerces (any version)
Summary: xs:time does not validate correctly with Xerces (any
version)
Product: Xerces2-J
Version: 2.0.1
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: Critical
Priority: Other
Component: SAX
AssignedTo: xerces-j-dev@xml.apache.org
ReportedBy: raven_tl@hotmail.com
I have a time-field (xs:time in the XSD-schema) in my xml-documents which I
want to validate so it is correct. The other day an incorrect value of 23:59:60
appeared in the document. This should not have validated but it did. 23:59:59
is the highest value. Luckily the document passes several platforms and systems
and we caught it with MSXML (in MS BizTalk).
