HTTP Redirection Feature Request

I was thinking in another interesting functionality for guacamole ...

Let's say I have a web server running an app in my internal network. I want
to access this web app via guacamole. It could be possible to implement a
http redirection via ssh tunnel, or similar?

My idea is to create a new connection via guacamole, add a new protocol
(i.e. http redirection) and configure source server and source port...
