Thanks.  I'd like to add this to the UIMA tools.  Can you do a small writeup, along the lines of what you see in https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/uima/uimaj/trunk/uima-docbook-tools/src/docbook/tools.pear.installer.xml ?

And, a test case would be nice :-).
