   The user of doris create table use inappropriate column type, when user want to modify column type, but doris only support limited type change.
   
   Change list of types supported by high priority：
   1、DATETIME to DATE
   2、FLOAT or DOUBLE
   
   Modify the following code files：
   /fe/src/main/java/org/apache/doris/catalog/Column.java
   /be/src/olap/schema_change.cpp
