NetBeans 12.5b2 and TC10

Hello,

I tried Tomcat 10 with 12.5b2 on win10 and had some issues with it:

- Web Projects (with Maven) using javaee should deploy into
webapps-javaee instead of webapps, so TC10 can automatically migrate those.

- The maven POM should be changed by selecting TC10 with Jakarta.

- In project properties -> run, Jakarta can be selected. If I try to run
without assignment of a server, there's a "late selection" dialog, but
no server is available for selection (I've only installed TC9 and TC10,
so behaviour may be different, if i.e. Payara is installed additionally).

- Sometimes I experienced strange server change: when running on NB 12.4
first on TC9, in NB12b2 TC10 was selected. However, I'm not yet sure,
when and why that happens, and it's more or less an inconvenience.

Perhaps, I've done sth. wrong about TC10 - then it could probably be
warned about (e.g. a hint on the project properties "Run" tab), at least
for NB 12.x timeline?
