This is a call for Vote to hold an Apache ServiceComb (incubating) Meetup as a Co-located Event in HC 2018 Shanghai,  China, OCT 12.

As discussed in the meetup proposal [1], we have plan to hold an Apache ServiceComb (incubating) Meetup, details are listed bellow,
- What is the topic focus of the event?
Topics are focused on  Apache Way related topics， user-practices /technologies topics of Apache ServiceComb (incubating).

- Who is organising the event?
PMCs of ServiceComb (incubating) are the organizer
- When is the event?
OCT 12
- How many attendees are expected?
80~120
- How much PMC involvement is there already?
5
- Which marks are requested?
Two marks are requested,
1. Name of "Apache ServiceComb Incubating "
2. "Powered By" Apache Incubator logo of Apache ServiceComb (incubating)
- Is this for profit or non-profit? (See "Event Profits And Donations")?

- Who will do speech for Apache Way related?
