In the User configuration sidenav, changes to Special Privileges are automatically saved, expediting the modification process.  After discussions with [~rmoran], we could do something similar for changes to both the User Name in the same window and Bucket Name in the Bucket config sidenav.

Here is the envisioned workflow:
 # Bucket/User name is changed.
 # If the user selects Return on the keyboard, the change is saved.  Alternatively, if the user clicks out of the name field and changes focus, the change is saved.
 # The Success toaster message is displayed.

If this scenario is implemented, the Save button can be removed from the UI.
