This error is happening because Superset expects a main datetime column (often called `timestamp`) in your dataset metadata. After upgrading to v3.0.0, Superset handles time columns more strictly—if the `main_dttm_col` property isn't set correctly, Superset will default to looking for a column named `timestamp`, which may not exist in your ClickHouse table. 

To fix this, go to the Superset UI, open the affected dataset(s), and make sure the main date/time column (`main_dttm_col`) is set to the actual datetime column in your ClickHouse table. Then refresh the dataset metadata. This will ensure Superset generates queries using the correct column name and resolves the missing column error. 

This behavior is rooted in how Superset maps time columns for time-series queries and was surfaced by stricter handling in v3.0.0 ([reference](https://github.com/apache/superset/blob/829e4d92d91ceae4b43b1ed3b063ffe45377799c/superset/connectors/sqla/models.py)).
