[MXNet Forum] [Gluon] Worse performance of GPU when evaluating MobileNet

I am using `gluoncv` to evaluate the performance between CPU and GPU. I use the code [here](https://github.com/linbo0518/CVBenchmarks/blob/master/code/mx_benchmark.py).

Here are my environments.

```
mxnet == 1.7.0
Ununtu 20.1
CUDA  10.2
Nvidia GTX 1070 Ti
```

Here my CPU results.

It is very strange that GPU has worse performance compared with CPU.
